With over 20 years of experience in the Finance and HR sectors, I have a proven track record of transforming businesses and individuals from the inside out. After discovering the power of Clifton Strengths in 2017, I harnessed this knowledge to enhance my success and thrive in all areas of life. I became a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach in early 2022 and, in mid-2024, I transitioned from my CFO role to launch my coaching and consulting company, Prosper Always, to make an even greater impact.
